They don't roll over. If that happens two months running, we'll suggest a pause.
Do we have to get on calls?
No. Most clients work with us entirely in Slack.
Can you work inside our brand guidelines?
Yes. That's the default.
Why are your examples concepts?
Client work is under NDA. Concepts show how we think, built the same way.
How do I cancel?
Message us in Slack. Done by the end of the month.
Do you still design pitch decks?
Yes. Pitch decks are one-off projects with a fixed quote, separate from the monthly plan.
