What we collect
When you request a free redesign we collect your work email, your company website, the link to your ad, the platform it runs on and any note you add. We also record the page you sent it from and the campaign or link that brought you to the site.
When you become a client we also hold your billing details (processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number), your brand assets and the messages you send us in Slack or by email.
We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. It sets cookies in your browser.
How we use it
To do the redesign you asked for and reply to you, to deliver the work you pay for, to send invoices, and to understand which pages and outreach lists are working. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services we use to run the studio: our website host, Slack (where requests are routed to our team), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and email) and our database provider. Each one handles data on our behalf.
Your files
Ads and brand materials you send us are used only to make your work. Client work stays confidential and is not shown on this site.
How long we keep it
Redesign requests are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for billing and tax.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@akkija.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
