The service

AKKIJA designs static ad creative and marketing collateral for a flat fee. We design; you own your strategy, your messaging, your ad buying and your results. We don't promise any performance outcome.

Video, motion, brand identity from scratch, full website builds, copywriting strategy and ad buying are not included.

Free redesign

A free redesign is one ad, redesigned once, with no obligation. You may use the file we send you.

Plans and billing

The Pilot is a one-time payment for two weeks and 10 ad concepts. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe. Agency plans are billed per client account. There is no onboarding fee.

Plans are month-to-month. A pilot converts to a monthly plan only if you choose to.

Pitch deck projects are scoped separately, with a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts.

How requests work

One request is active at a time and the queue is unlimited. Turnaround is 48 hours per request on business days. A concept is a distinct idea; color swaps and resizes are iterations.

Unused concepts don't roll over to the next month. If you don't use them two months in a row, we'll suggest a pause.

Pausing and cancelling

Pause or cancel anytime by messaging us in Slack or emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you won't be billed again.

Who owns the files

Once paid for, everything we make for you is yours, source files included. You're responsible for having the rights to the brand assets, images and copy you send us, and for approving work before it runs, including any legal or compliance review your industry requires.

We keep client work confidential and don't show it on our site or elsewhere without your written permission. Agency work is white-label and we never contact your client.

Limits

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month before the claim arose. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
